This role will involve managing schedules and coordinating Paraeducator substitutes for multiple school districts and provide administrative support to payroll procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage office calendar for various school districts Coordinate coverage and ensure all necessary parties are informed Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected events.
Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
Ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in company databases.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure schedules align with overall company goals.
Resolve scheduling conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient and effective scheduling processes.
Assist with payroll processing including gathering & examining timesheets to ensure their validity Assist with projects as needed Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (preferable) Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Capability to manage competing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS and other scheduling software Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Outstanding verbal & written communication skills Schedule:
Monday to Friday Hours:
6am - 2pm In Office Compensation:
$26/hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
