Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship/aid to an elderly couple in a residential setting - Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene -Must have a drivers license to assist with driving to doctors appointments and running errands.
Car will be provided as long as you can be added to the insurance policy.
-Help with light house keeping duties -Walk the dog on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note:

We are looking for someone that can be a live-in assistant that will be around to aid in the event help is needed.
This is not a full time joba normal day will consist of assisting for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening.
There will be plenty of down time during the day so the schedule will be a relaxed schedule.
This is an ideal situation for someone that might already have a remote job and is looking for some additional income that also includes free room and board.
The schedule will be shared with another person that is also living onsite and sharing the responsibilities, so there is plenty of room to negotiate personal time off.
