We serve the city of Whittier and surrounding areas but not limited to.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks and lead on projects as directed by the supervisor or project manager - Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment - Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of construction materials and structures - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget -Help Unload materials -Use time management to make sure the job will run smoothly -Make list of materials needed for the next day -Must have tools -Must have common Sense Skills:
-Time Management.
Must be able to asses the work and plan accordingly to ensure job is completed in a timely manner.
-Rough carpentry is a must.
Does milling, woodturning, and pattern work from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
-Finished carpentry is a must.
Skilled at Drywalling and drywall finish.
Baseboard installation -Plumbing:
Must be familiar with pipe soldering, water valve install, faucet fixtures, shower valve install, bath tub and drainage knowledge as well.
- Construction inspection:
Ability to inspect construction sites for compliance with building codes and regulations - Construction management:
Knowledge of project management principles and practices in the construction industry - Caulking:
Proficiency in applying caulk to seal gaps and joints in construction material - Electrical:
Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to assist with electrical installations - Cabinet installation:
Skill in installing cabinets according to specifications and design plans - Blueprint reading:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings - Stucco:
Knowledge of stucco application techniques and ability to apply stucco to exterior surfaces - Fabricate:
Ability to fabricate or assemble components according to design specifications Note:
