Having a Real Estate License is a PLUS Has knowledge with CAR/Zip forms Has knowledge with Docusign Can communicate effectively (orally and written) Has excellent interpersonal skills Has the ability to earn & deserves client's trust Possess the highest Professional, Ethical and Fiduciary standards Is enthusiastic and has a self-starting approach Has knowledge of the MLS and real estate-related software Is computer savvy and can work with Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other web media ?Is proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel Meets deadlines and exceeds client's expectations Has the ability to handle last-minute tasks Exudes a service-based attitude with a proven ability to succeed Is willing to embrace the amazing culture and proven models Is a team player that thrives working with a tight knit team Has keen understanding of the Local Market & current Market Trends Who has the ability to follow a checklist and loves it Knack for home staging a plus Able to send documents for signatures through DocuSign or Glide Be responsible for preparing CMA's, seller net sheets, pre-listing packages and confirm listing appointments with sellers Be responsible for setting up showing appointments with agents and sellers Be a able to communicate with sellers, agents, vendors, escrow, title, lenders, inspectors and other professionals once homes gets sold Commitment to 5-Star customer service Having Real Estate experience is a plus, but not necessary Speaks Spanish is A Must Salary:
$45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
