The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and handling tasks such as:
implementing and executing standard operating procedures to ensure efficient work flow; managing the advisor's calendar and assisting with client requests as needed; working with home office associates and outside vendors to ensure office procedures are executed efficiently; taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing business-building strategies; working as part of a team to deliver exceptional personalized client service.
