Prior knowledge and experience in the Medi-Spa, Dermatology or Medical Assistant fields are desired but not required.

Roles Your role as a patient coordinator will be to set a great first impression with all of our patients while guiding them and preparing all documentation for their procedures.
Knowledge is key! You will be learning everything there is to know about our products and treatments during training.
And educating the patient will be of the essence.
Tasks and Responsibilities Manage the lobby's appearance and light housekeeping Greet patients Manage calls, voicemails, emails, social media messages, and mail Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients Create, prepare, manage and file patients' charts Execute social media and marketing scheduled programs Educate patients Promote sales Plan, coordinate and execute social events Look ahead of schedule, anticipate needs and alert management Be knowledgeable of all products and services rendered at Picasso MA Skills and Experience 2 years of experience or greater working as a cashier, clerk, administrative assistant or receptionist.
Bilingual (Spanish) Excellent customer service skills Skills in sales Computer and data entry skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficient with Outlook, email and mass marketing email management Tech Savvy Skilled on social media platforms Basic math and above average grammar skills
Benefits:
$17-20 /hour
