Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
Greet all showroom guests promptly and determines the nature of their visit.
Directs guest to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and makes the proper introduction.
Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Adhere to established dress code policy at all times.
Ensure appearance of the showroom and work area is always in pristine condition.
Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before your scheduled start time and be at your work station productively engaged by the scheduled time.
Other related duties as may be assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
