This individual will be responsible for time sensitive tasks, inbound communication with wide degree of creativity and reliable transportation to execute their tasks and accomplish their goals.

Responsibilities Excellent Phone Etiquette Accurately Input Data into CRM Supply Management & Inventory Control Prepare Photo Forms Prepare Personalized Marketing Material to connect with prospective clients, such as Company packages, Listing Books, Rack Cards, Etc.
Mail out marketing packages to prospective clients Download data into the company's systems, such as Dropbox and Monday.
com Purchase Company Orders, such as office supplies Track all orders and company office expenses Prepare Invoices Qualifications Administrative
Experience:
2 years (Required) Microsoft Office:
