We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating records - Print out Shipping Labels from our Warehouse System for Operations team - Coordinate project-related tasks and ensure deadlines are met - Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages) - Assist in organizing meetings and scheduling appointments - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite - Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail - Experience in medical office procedures is a plus - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Competency in data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with phone systems for routing calls efficiently If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing administrative support, we invite you to apply for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
