Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate will handle pick up orders, packing & receiving.
They will also be responsible for customer service and support with incoming calls and inquiries.
Other work include data entry and other office duties including inventory updating or other clerical work.
Responsibilities:
Handle multiple incoming/outgoing calls while processing sales orders Manage customer accounts Resolve product and service problems Product information and support to new and existing customers PO fulfillment Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma, GED or 1-3 years in equivalent experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail PC Competent (Word, Windows, Excel, Outlook) Accurate data entry and research skills Excellent verbal and written skills Job Type:
